The Go Forward programme offers you free training to help you get a foot in to the contact centre industry. The course has the support of contact centres around the North East and has been devised in response to industry needs. Learn how contact centres work, improve your communication skills, identify excellent customer service and learn to deal with complaints.
The course is offered in partnership with local employers and greatly improves the chances of attaining a job in this sector.
We can offer subsidies in travel and childcare to help you achieve your targets.
