CMI Introductory Certificate in Team Leading

Course Information:

This Introductory Certificate in Team Leadership is awarded by the Chartered Management Institute and is intended for people who are considering a move into a role as team leader, or those who are new or already in such a role.

The course is designed to help you learn, in your capacity as a team leader or aspiring team leader, about:

  • Developing Yourself
  • Identifying your Customer
  • Organising & Communicating Information
  • Planning, Allocating Work & Monitoring Progress
  • Working Effectively with your Team, your Manager & Others
  • The Basic Concepts of Quality and Health & Safety

10 weeks, 3 hours per week

Entry:

Open access to those who can benefit from the programme following discussion with the course leader.

Qualification:

Introductory Certificate in Team Leadership

Progression:

Certificate in Management, NVQ Level 3 in Management or other relevant programmes.
