CIPD in Training Practice
Course Information:
This qualification is aimed at those involved in training and development, learning and development or human resource development in organisations, as well as training administrators, those aspiring to a career in training, and managers with a responsibility for human resource development.
The CIPD Certificate in Training Practice is intended to develop the skills and provide the underpinning knowledge needed in training and development or learning and development; as an introduction to the work of the training/ learning and development; to develop an awareness of the context of the training and development, learning and development and human resource development function and to provide a platform for studies in these areas.
Units covered are:
- Training in Context
- Identifying and Prioritising Learning Needs
- Designing Training and Assessment
- Delivering and Evaluating Training

Qualification:
CIPD Certificate in Training Practice, to include associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Progression:
CIPD Practitioner Level Standards in Leadership and Management, Foundation Degree, Degree programmes in Training and Development, Learning and Development, Education Studies.
