Registered Managers Award (Adults)
The course is aimed at managers or deputy managers who work in the care industry.
Mandatory units:
- Develop, maintain &evaluate systems & structures to promote the rights, responsibilities & diversity of people
- Manage a service, which meets the best possible outcomes for the individual
- Manage the use of financial resources
- Manage the performance of teams and individuals
Plus optional units
To undertake any of our Health & Social Care programmes, learners must be working in the Health and/or Care sectors
