An award of the University of Teesside delivered in partnership with Stockton Riverside College.

This is a 20 credit module that delivers the knowledge and understanding required to develop individualised, holistic person centred plans of care or education.
Students will be expected to consider and reflect upon work related issues and situations to enhance their knowledge and skills and explore how they include individuals and their carers in decisions about the care and support provided.
Assessment is via a group presentation and a 2000 word individual assignment.
15 weeks, 4 hours per week
Wednesday 2.00pm-6.00pm
Late Sept 2008 (TBC)
Taught modules 3 hours per week over 15 weeks plus individual tutorial and supported IT workshop time.

Offered as standalone module that may be used to build into a Cert HE if other modules are undertaken
Learners must be working with clients who require an individualised plan of care or education.
