To enable supervisors working in care to acquire the competence necessary for good practice through both theoretical and practical work and gain a nationally recognised qualification appropriate to their level of work
Candidates at Level 3 are expected to show competence and underpinning knowledge in eight units to gain a full award. Four of these units are mandatory. The remaining four are chosen for their appropriateness to the job the candidate does
The course can be delivered fully in the workplace or alternatively as a mixture of workshop attendance and assessment in the workplace
To undertake any of our Health & Social Care programmes, learners must be working in the Health and/or Care sectors
