C&G 4353-01 The Principles & Practice of 2D CAD Level 2
Course Content:
- Use of associated IT & CAD hardware & operating systems
- Basic file management techniques
- Identification of key CAD software components
- Viewing commands drawing space set up
- Use of co-ordinate systems to create accurate drawings
- Use of standard drawing commands
- Basic editing commands
- Production of hard copies of drawings
- Use of text, hatch & simple dimensioning routines
- Practical drawing assignments
Course is 100% individual hands-on practical experience using up-to-date CAD software.
NOTE: All sessions are delivered on a flexible basis, i.e. all courses are run within each session. Delivery includes the use of tutorial books, individual tasks, and group and individual tutorials.
