You must be working or have the opportunity to be in a supervisory capacity or able to take on a responsible role in an early years setting. Students must complete 5 mandatory units relating to children’s environment, policies, procedures, routines, activities, record keeping, health and safety and 4 optional units relating to work setting.

To undertake any of our part-time childcare programmes, learners must already work in a suitable setting or be able to organise their own work placement(s)
