IT Essentials for Practitioners Incorporating the New A+

Now the benchmark for PC Service Engineers this industry standard qualification provides the skills needed to develop a career in PC Support.

This course combines hands on learning with industry leading interactive delivery to provide the best learning experience.

The course covers all aspects of PC system assembly and upgrading as well as configuration of the current Operating Systems environments, which are MS Windows 2000 and Windows XP.

Candidates are required to pass 1 A+ essential exam 220-601 plus choose 1 of the following exams:-

  • 220-602 IT Technician
  • 220-603 Remote Desktop Technician
  • 20-604 Depot Technician

17 weeks, 3 hours per week

OCR Comptia A+

£100.00 (plus optional exam A+ £110.00)
