This course is aimed at those employed in administration or wishing to gain employment in this type of work.
This course will allow individuals to develop administrative knowledge and understanding and help them gather evidence to demonstrate competence in, for example:
Individuals will need to obtain work experience (if not in a relevant job) which is necessary to complete the qualification. It is your responsibility to secure that work placement.
Assessment is based on practical competence within the workplace, supported by knowledge and a portfolio of evidence.
This course will include assessment in the workplace. Tutorial support is available within the course.
