This programme is designed for those wishing to gain employment as a receptionist in the Health Service or those working in general practice.
As well as offering traditional receptionist skills, the course has a strong bias towards the NHS & medical aspects.
Please note: Individuals will need to obtain work experience (if not in a relevant job) which is necessary to complete the qualification. It is your responsibility to secure that work placement but assistance will be given in securing an appropriate placement.
