On the job your apprentice will work alongside your staff off the job they attend the college – we will work with you to decide which time is best to do this – and complete a nationally recognised qualification. We will work with you to make sure the training gives your apprentice the skills they need to have.

Apprenticeships can make your organisation more effective, competent, productive and competitive by addressing your skills gaps directly.

All ages and abilities are eligible for an Apprenticeship, as well as existing employed staff, opening the door to training for a wider variety of people.

You as an employer, would be expected to pay your apprentice a salary that reflects their skills, experience, age and ability, however the training element of the apprenticeship can be fully funded, subject to eligibility.

We can help you find the apprentice you need and will support both you the employer  and the apprentice on an ongoing basis.
