Swiftcover introduced the NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service in to the organisation in January this year (2009). We picked a small number of staff to pilot the scheme.
Introducing the NVQ into the organisation has been very straight forward, the college were very helpful with getting this up and running and the assessor has been extremely helpful, nothing has been too much. Overall I would recommend an NVQ to any organisation as it helps keep staff focused, gives them a purpose and the work they do on a day to day basis is being accredited with a recognised qualification.
