Stockton Riverside College has also provided other training in many subjects including on-site Skills for Life and at their Site, professional and technical qualifications. The Company has benefitted as the work and resources that have been put in have ensured that training and skills are aligned to the priorities of the business.
We are committed to the health and safety of our colleagues and work to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles. The Polymer Centre has helped our colleagues to understand the methodology and the benefits and opportunities it creates towards a better working experience, more productivity and a more secure environment.
