"SRC provided a dedicated training service to XL Precision Technologies which successfully co-ordinated our direct employee requirements and the college’s existing NVQ modules.

Our employees gained valuable personal development as a result of this programme, which covered 75% of our direct staff, and each module was geared towards actual business applications.

We have introduced a second programme of NVQ2 and NVQ3 courses to continue this training and all new employees have the option to follow-on the first stage.
